GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The BCT83XX is low cost, rail-to-rail input and output voltage feedback amplifiers. It has a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, and take the minimum operating supply voltage down to 2.1V. The maximum recommended supply voltage is 5.5V. It's specified over the extended -40°C to 85°C temperature range.

BCT83XX provides 1MHz bandwidth at a low current consumption of 60uA per amplifier. Very low input bias currents of 10pA enable BCT83XX to be used for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, and piezoelectric sensors. Rail-to-rail input and output are useful to designers for buffering ASIC in single-supply systems. Applications for this series of amplifiers include safety monitoring, portable equipment, battery and power supply control, and signal conditioning and interfacing for transducers in very low power systems. The BCT83XX comes in the Green SOT23-5/SOP8 /SOP14/DFN2x2-8L packages.

The BCT872X, high-output drive CMOS op amps, rail-to-rail input and output capability from a single 2.1V to 5.5V supply. These amplifiers exhibit a high slew rate of 9V/μs and a gain-bandwidth (GBW) of 15MHz. The BCT872X can drive headset levels, as well as bias an RF power amplifier (PA) in wireless handset applications.

The BCT872X offers low offsets, wide bandwidth, and high-output drive in a space-saving SOT23-5/SOP8/DFN2x2-8L/SOP14 package. These parts are offered over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

BCT5037 is a Low-Noise-Amplifier (LNA), without earphone or telescopic antenna, re-using GSM antenna to receive FM-radio signal. BCT5037 is characterized with low noise, high gain and high linearity. Typical noise figure is 1.2dB and power gain is 21dB. BCT5037 is powered by 2.6V~3.6V supply with typical 2.8V. EN supports 2.8V / 1.8V GPIO input. BCT5037 integrates RF radio switch inside, implementing high impedance under shut-down condition. Shut-down current is less than 0.1μA. BCT5037 is available in slim DFN1.5x1.0-6L package. The specified operating free-air temperature ranges from -40℃ to 85℃.
